It’s that time of year again — we’re heading out for a relaxed 10km guided trail run to mark the longest day of the year.
We’ll set off at 8pm and follow a steady, social pace through the local countryside. This is a run to enjoy the route and the company, not a race.
The route starts and finishes at Toke Farm, Icklesham, taking in fields, tracks, and rural trails. Expect a mix of terrain — long grass, uneven paths, nettles, sheep, and if we’re really lucky, a glow worm or two.
Halfway round, we’ll stop at Harold’s Henge near Dolham for a break, some snacks, and a midsummer toast before heading back towards Toke Farm to finish.
This is a guided community run, with regular regrouping so nobody is left behind.
